Leadership is everyone’s responsibility. Whether you’re leading a project, a family, or your own inner life, there are two essential qualities to cultivate and integrate. One is warmth. Warmth brings a sense of intimacy, empathy, care, and receptivity to our leadership presence. The other is standards.
